The production of our Netting begins with the most critical step: raw material selection. Each pieces HDPE fibre undergoes strict inspection in our quality control , where we test for purity, and resistance to oxidation. Once the filaments are ready, they move to the weaving stage, where the Netting takes its shape. Our factory is equipped with high-speed rapier looms, which operate at a speed of up to 200 picks per minute, ensuring efficient and consistent weaving. Quality control is embedded in every stage. Our QC team checks the thickness, tensile strength and UV resistance of each batch of products using professional testing equipment. Any defective products are immediately removed from the line — we never compromise on quality, even if it means slowing down production. Our quality control team conducts a comprehensive check on every  sun shade nets. They test the tensile strength using a professional tensile testing machine, verify the shade rate with a light transmittance meter, and inspect the entire net for any defects such as loose threads, holes, or uneven coating.
